I think you must all be tired of Americans whining about the state of our politics – first the election and now the inauguration. I cannot for the life of me write anything that is more of an indictment of newly installed President Trump then his own actions on day TWO of his presidency. Someone called him a transgressive personality who cares for nothing above himself, a shock-jock, a psychological anarchist who misinterprets sensation for emotion and disturbance for feeling. That's a normal psychological profile for a 13 year old, not an incoming president. Have we elected a boy to do a man’s job? I stand with most Americans who want to give the office of the Presidency a chance, but please can he give us a chance to give him a chance. This is my last whine. I’m working on a big politically themed piece to post soon. Meanwhile I retreat into abstraction, this time a garden south of our border safely out of harms way.
