Limited edition digigraphic artwork, produced in only 2 (two) numbered copies, signed in original by the author (on the front and back) and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity. Artwork initially created with mixed technique on Canson 200 gsm drawing paper in 2018 and subsequently it has been digitized on Epson Fine Art Cotton Smooth Bright 300 gsm paper in 2020. The artwork measures 100 cm x 100 cm and it is part of the collection "Mother and child", and it consists of 5 (five) digigraphic artworks. The certificate of authenticity constitutes the ownership of this specimen only. All copyrights to the work belong entirely and solely to Francesco Mappa. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is considered a violation of copyright law. The author reserves the right to reproduce the artwork in the form of promotional items, books or films; such reproductions are intended to increase the value of the digigraphic artwork itself.

For secure attachment to develop, the child needs to experience an empathic reference figure toward him or her who can understand not only his or her practical needs, but more importantly, emotional needs: the need for care, affection and attention. The mother figure fully embodies the above needs.
