Surrealism serves as a support to express abstract realities about the condition of the artist as an Omega; intellectual pariah in a world of shallow consumerism. Drawn in by the vague outline of seductive promise, you are trapped into an unsettling portrayal of mental realities beyond average comprehension. The viewer is then tricked into an unusual cognitive dissonance between gazing onto an attractive female head AND feeling deeper unsettling feelings one is not used to associate in the same picture. The result is one of light disgust, or thinking the artwork is a failure.
