Image description
I love how the body can express emotion without the face with a simple gesture or pose. With this shot, I wanted to find a way to showcase an everyday object side by side with a part of a body to disembody both the person and the object. Collectively the two objects side by side creates this beautifully simplistic shot that plays off one another as if the scissor cut the arm off for display and the arm is there to display the craft of the scissors.
