Torsten Richter avatar
Torsten Richter Really good again,Oleg!
That kid standing in front of a semi-see-through-barrier,right between the known and the unknown is very touching.I define it as a point of transition, symbolizing the changes when you grow up.
And when you are grown...you have to clean the windows! :)

Oleg Ferstein avatar
Oleg Ferstein Wow, Torsten! I guess this is exactly the point! When we are young, I mean very young, we don't actually give a shit about a window or anything else being dirty or clean. We are gratefully using dusty surface to draw a funny smiley. In other words we accept and perceive natural course of things and events! But then later, when we become "adult", we unavoidably swallow this poisonous idea, that we, somehow, have to improve the world we are living in. I believe there it is, where everything goes wrong. And we start to CLEAN everything and everyone.

Jos Letschert avatar
Jos Letschert Oleg, a wonderful expresion: being at one side, longing for another perspective, a little bit scared, nevertheless: challenged. There is a lot of psychology in this scenery, or maybe better: it is a strong narrative scene!

Oleg Ferstein Thanks a lot, Jos! Very flattering comment! Indeed, it was an attempt to make this kind of narrative exposure! The disadvantage is, that I have to put the final dot. And I'm not there yet, I should admit. :)
