When and how do you start to create?
Whenever the opportunity arises, in other words when I can!
Do you went to an art school or self-taught?
Do you create as a professional or for your own?
How do you learn and work your skill?
I learn from the internet mainly and am subscribed to many professional sites to receive new tutorials almost daily. I practise my skill at all times! As the saying goes: "Practise makes perfect"
What do you like in this art, your motivation?
The outcome of the final result from research through to taking the image and the post processing involved with Fine Art Long Exposure Black and White Photography!
What do you want to express or arouse in those who watch your work?
I suppose I would like to express my passion in my work for Fine art long exposure black and white photography!
What are your favourite subject(s)?
Fine Art Long Exposure Black And White/Monochrome Seascape Photography!
How do you prepare a creation or project work?
In the first instance I will research my chosen site outdoors on the internet, I will then check my equipment for serviceability and cleanliness. When I arrive on site I will then recce the site to ensure I have chosen the most favourable position for the composition ( I will shoot from different positions in any case) then comes the fun bit, uploading to my computer and the post processing!
What are your prefered moment(s) when you create?
All? I enjoy the whole process from beginning to end, then look forward to going out on my next shoot!
What are your most representative creations, and why? (links)
My Nash Point Photography Shoot, this was my real first shoot in my particular field that I now concentrate my efforts in now! The work is slowly being uploaded to Art Review!
What are you trying to share via your art?
Well every image is different to the next, I suppose I am trying to achieve the greatness that comes with creating a fabulous image and that I can achieve my aims by producing a great image!
Who are artists that fascinate or give you inspiration? (links)
EVERYONE WHO OWNS A CAMERA OFFERS INSPIRATION TO ME! TO TRY AND SINGLE ONE PERSON OUT WOULD BE A HUGE TASK! i ENJOY LOOKING AT OTHERS PEOPLES,PROFESSIONALS WORKS AND INSPIRATION COMES FROM EACH AND ALL ESPECIALLY IN MY PARTICULAR FIELD!
What equipment and/or technic do you use?
Canon, Lee, Manfrotto!
How and why your work as changed since you started?
Well for me this is an obvious answer! With time in the subject comes experience, need I say more?
What does the Internet media give you?
What are you expecting from Art Limited and/or other members?
To get to know more fellow photographers, maybe learn something new. Spread the word further of my work and hopefully sell my work!
What was the best advice given to you as an artist?
To take my time when shooting images and not to rush!
If you couldn’t be an artist, what would you do?
I think life would be most boring as I could not imagine life without my Photography.
What are your plans in the future?
I would like to hopefully one day teach my technique to others or maybe speak to audiences about the process's, if not then write a book and publish It.
Do you have anything else to say?
I enjoy my work as a Fine Art Long Exposure Black and White Photographer and nothing else comes anywhere near, if someone can learn anything from my work, big or small that would make me even more happier!
