The early dawn.
The time when everybody still sleeps, but not you.
The whole world belongs to you.
The only time when you can be yourself.
And no one will judge you.
And no one wants anything from you.
And no one expects from you anything.
The only time when your mask stayed at home, waiting to be put on before the day starts and everybody wakes up.
The only time you can do what you want. And feel free. And dream with no fear that someone or just life will crush your dreams taking you down on the ground and will keep you there permanently if only you let it.
The only few hours lasting time during a day so similar to childhood years, when you can feel as innocent as a child. Just before the new day starts and the adult life will beat you to your knees again.

The only time you can go fishing hopeful of catching a goldfish which will change your life for better. For more colourful. At least just a little. Just a little bit.
Cause when the day starts for good later on, after the dawn ends and you are worn again your daily mask and suit, all what you are day by day constantly fishing for is a hope that you so desperately seek for, but which is only a pure illusion of a desperate mind.
Or naive mind.
