Long exposure near the coast line in stormy weather

Long exposure with IRND filter in a stormy weather for icing the water, this time just trying to take artistic advantage of the surf blown by the strong winds running in the water suface. The rock formation in the midle of the frame goes from the foreground to the emerging point and the surf of the waves there gives some kind of 3D effect, like a step in the water.
