For me, horses have always been a symbol of freedom and union with nature.
The sculpture is made of wire and recycled textiles. Materials contribute a tactile dimension to the sculpture, inviting observers to experience the work not just visually but through touch as well. The careful toning is intended to give the figure mystery and depth, as well as serve as a canvas upon which light and shadow dynamically interact.
I really want to be able to invite viewers through my work to reflect on their own notions of freedom and to appreciate the delicate dance between elegance and liberation.

The sculpture is part of my most recent exhibition "Letters to Myself", which was presented in the medieval "Pyrgova" Tower (built in the 16th century) in Kyustendil, Bulgaria with the assistance of the Regional History Museum.
Pliers, a needle and a brush were enough for me :)
