Image description
The whale is a child of the ocean, a majestic creature of mother nature. I tried my sculpture to recreate the strength but also the tenderness of this beautiful animal, to bring a sense of the sea currents that have carried it over the years, of the unforgettable song that whales send across the endless depths.
The sculpture is made using my original technology, entirely from recycled materials. I want to remind about the limits of human intervention, to pay attention to the care of the natural home of whales - the ocean.

The sculpture is part of my most recent exhibition "Letters to Myself", which was presented in the medieval "Pyrgova" Tower (built in the 16th century) in Kyustendil, Bulgaria with the assistance of the Regional History Museum.
Pliers, a needle and a brush were enough for me :)
The work is made of steel wire and textile.
I have used completely recycled materials to make the sculpture, because I believe that true freedom is intertwined with environmental responsibility.
