A long exposure on the other hand would have blurred the whole figure and/or consequently the entire image, which was not the effect I was hoping to achieve. I started the serie in 1985 and finished it five years later as the Polaroid 20x24" Camera was a very rare commodity (there was only one camera in Europe) and Polaroid always refused to deliver the film to the manufactures who wanted to duplicate the camera thus keeping the absolute monopoly on the system. Don't say it, I confess, I am a great fan of Francis Bacon.
And now, Let us make our best pictures yet with our remaining Pola films, Amen. | | Equipment | Polaroid 20x24 Camera | | Technical | Polaroid 20x24 (50x60cm film | | Published | September 9, 2008 at 10:44pm | | Art Limited seen | Yes | | Seen by members | 237 times | | Seen by visitors | 2970 times | | Favourite | 9 times [ Who? ] | | Social | |
