Regarding the title of this image I have somehow been inspired by the song "New World" ("Attaboy - New World", CD "Buddha Bar II") by Claude Challe.. Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon EF16-35mm f/2.8L II USM, Heliopan Gray ND filter. Tripod, long exposure, PP in PS 5.1 (partly applied: Silver Efex Pro 2 and Color Efex Pro 4 plugin).
