as the machines mourn
and through each street you walk
there is the void that stays the same
as the lives fade
and within all the air you breathe
there is the shame that sickens the pain
as the childrens cry
and among all the times you survive
there is the light that blinds the eyes

no salvation, no agony, no harm
times of misery is where you drown

as the humans try
and upon all the memories you recall
there is the cold that forces you to fly
as the love fades
and for all the souls you long
there is the emptiness that keeps you apart
as the death sings
and all the puppets that you played along
there is the truth that keeps you alive

no purity, no reality, no dawn....
age of sorrow is where you fall....
