In Münsterland (the region west of the city of Münster, Nordrhein-Westphalia, Germany) we visited three "Wasserburgen", lovely castles in watery surroundings.
We arrive at Schloss Lembeck now. This is one of the biggest castles of the Münsterland region, situated in a splendid natural park (Hohe Mark) in the valley of the river Lippe. The baroque style building as it is now dates of 1692. Here we see Schloss Lembeck from the backyard- more to the left.
