I go first on the pier under the rain and wind with the umbrella and equipment to see I first forgotten the lens I wanted to use.
Then go back in car to get it, then go back walking to the pier. I'm standing on it for the shot (as well as the heavy tripod, remote stuff, bag and whatever, but also wind and rain ... and much more here rather when your are behind the pier grrr) it's around 1m50 tall on left and 80 cm large, you need to pay attention not to fall on right, because it's water 4 meters under, and in december ... While you've fought for preparing all, you see that you need to choose to protect camera or your trousers and shoes. Quite a dilemma ;) On right, over the horizon you see the Aix island in fog.. Fabrice Silly j'aurais bien mis 4 points mais comme c'est la deuxième photo que tu postes prise à moins de 10 kms de chez moi et que t'as pas envoyé un sms pour venir boire un café à la maison j'en mets que 3 ;) (d'autant que vu les conditions je pense que tu aurais apprécié !)

Jared Christopher Martin not unusual to find a built in question mark at the end of something, especially a transitional spot like a pier. symbolism and naturalism share a significant moment.
