I was very lucky - I had one morning and one evening there when the wind blew away from where I was standing :-) I tried a second morning but then it was absolutely impossible to keep the lens dry, even for short exposures...Aug 13, 2010 at 07:54 Joel Silly La chance aime le talent ! I hope you're doing well! // Cheers, NathanJun 7, 2011 at 00:54 Volker Birke Outstanding, extremely beautiful and impressive, perfect work, a precious stone. Nearly everyone knows / has heard of this amazing location / nature monument or might even have actually visited it. The way you have captured a part of the falls, composed and edited it, overwhelmes. Great art. I guess you took this shot downstairs the so-called US falls (facing the Canadian falls, in the background), right? I'm pretty rarely a fan of very dark structures / areas in a photo (both regarding color and b&w works) - here (the dark rocks in the foreground) it is wonderful and an important image element.Jul 17, 2011 at 18:37 Maria Strömvik Thank you so much Volker! Well, as far as I understood the names, this is the rocks on the bottom of the very left side of the Canadian falls (Horseshoe falls?), when standing on the Canadian sida, with the American falls being even further to the left, if that makes sense...?Jul 18, 2011 at 00:16 Follow the discussion |
